Do the musicians perform together all the time?
We have developed many groups that are rehearsed and perform together all the time. We realize there is no substitute for a well organized unit of musicians performing together. Since some of talent is exclusive with CCE we have the luxury of adding various vocalists from one group to another when requested by our clients. We also can expand the group by adding additional musicians such as horns, percussionist and/or more vocalists.

Will you help coordinate activities?
We provide a complementary coordination time for each event, developing a timeline, organizing every detail and going through all music requests. If you already have a coordinator or event planner we will work closely with them to develop the ultimate event.

When will we detail our event?
We are obsessive about detail. From the first call to the last dance there are details that must be included every step of the way. An outline will be provided mapping out this entire process for each type of entertainment provided.

How large of a band should I have? (back to top)
We will discuss your needs in depth. The genre of music you prefer helps us make that determination as does the size of the event and the number of guests attending. Your budget is always a consideration and we are sensitive to that budget.

How do we select our music?
We will provide you with a list of the music that a selected group performs.

Will our bands travel?
CCE has provided entertainment throughout USA and other countries, for both corporate and social events. We take the headache out of making all the travel arrangements, booking hotel accommodations and fulfilling rider agreements. With our experience every detail is planned out. There is always someone provided on site to manage the talent and/or the event, assuring a smooth and successful affair.

Does CCE have insurance? (back to top)
Yes, our insurance carrier will add your event and venue to our policy for that particular performance.

Do we provide continuous music?
CCE does provide the option of continuous music. If the group is large enough we can rotate out our musicians so that there is always someone on stage performing throughout the event. If the group is smaller we can provide a disc jockey to cover the band’s breaks. There are additional fees for this service.

Is all the talent exclusive to CCE?
Though most of our bands and musicians are exclusive with CCE some are not. However the same stringent qualifications must be met by all in order for us to represent them. We have developed relationships with other groups, National Acts and celebrity performer’s exclusive managers and agencies, making the whole process easier for our clients.

Grutities are always excepted but never expected.

Does CCE offer Celebrity & National Acts?
Yes, we have developed relationships with National Acts and celebrity performer’s exclusive managers and agencies, making the whole process easier for our clients. We will negotiate on your behalf the best arrangements possible. We scrutinize over every detail and rider agreement, making these items and details are applicable to your event.

How do we handle rider requirements?
Let us manage all the details and requirements. Through our years of experience we are familiar with the language and details on these documents. We simplify the technical language and work with the talent.

What is meant by the terms “rider” and “backline”
Rider – all the details of transportation, sound, lighting, staging, accommodations and other requirements are included in this legal document.
Backline – All the musical equipment; specific amplifiers and musical instruments. The requirements are part of the Rider agreement.
